Returns for Damaged Goods

Please check goods upon receipt and advise us if there are any issues immediately. Please send a photo and details of product fault or damage to info@brillolife.com.au to assist us in reducing future occurrences. Credits or replacements can be arranged for damaged or faulty goods on a case by case basis as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product. 

Once a return is approved we will arrange a pick-up where possible. In the event of minor damage to  furniture (eg small dent or scratch) Brillo Life reserves the right to have the furniture repaired to original condition where appropriate and viable.

Please note that the majority of Brillo Life’s products are made from natural materials which gives them a unique look and feel. Naturally occurring variances in the product such as wood knots, minor cracks in timber and colour variations are part of the character of the product and are not deemed as product faults.

Change of Mind Returns

Please choose your items carefully prior to purchase and feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to purchase.

We do not offer returns  for change of mind.

Cancellations of Orders Paid by Credit Card

Orders paid for by credit card that are subsequently cancelled will be charged a 3% cancellation fee so we can recoup the fees that we are charged by the credit card provider.
